LAM shall maintain compliance with the (Open and Fair Process) as dictated by the FCC. The school will enact steps to keep the bids competitive. LAM will not respond discreetly to questions. Questions sent to the school will be anonymously posted and answered on LAM’s website. Information will be accessible and viewable for all potential applicants. Answers will not be supplied in any other communication medium.
All responses to this RFP should be submitted via email no later than April 22, 2016. Proposals must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly marked “RFP 16-17” in the subject line. It is the respondent's responsibility to verify the receipt of the proposal before the due date.
Submission of Questions
All inquiries must be submitted via e-mail to email@example.com. LAM will not respond to phone inquiries.
Oral or telephone bids will not be considered, nor will modifications of proposals by such communication be considered. LAM will not be liable for any cost incurred by the respondents in preparing responses to this RFP or negotiations associated with award of a contract.
