NEW FAMILIES ENROLLING FOR THE 2010 - 2011 SCHOOL YEAR

Registration for new families began on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. Please download from the list below or stop by the school office for a copy of the registration form. Please take the time to complete the application thoroughly as it is not considered finished until all information and signatures are included. The application is only one part of the registration process. An interview and placement testing will also be completed prior to acceptance and placement. You may schedule your interview when turning in your application.

A current immunization record and a copy of the student's birth certificate are also required items for registration submission.

A non-refundable registration fee of $200.00 must accompany your registration forms. After April 15, 2010, the fee is $250.00.

SUMMER CARE

The Registration form for the Summer Care program is linked below. Please print, fill out the form, and return it to the school office with the appropriate non-refundable registration fee. SUMMER CARE is only available for currently enrolled LAM students.
