Weekly Notes for August 5, 2010

What a great turnout at the uniform sale! It was so nice to see everyone again and catch up on summer events. Hopefully, everyone purchased all the uniforms they need! If not, we now have four authorized vendors to help you with your purchases; Dennis Uniform in Spokane, Required Attire in Post Falls, Monogram Plus in Coeur d'Alene, and Lands End on-line! Each vendor can monogram your items as well. (Please allow two more weeks to pass before ordering from LE.)

Educational Assistance funds

Funds are available for those who need temporary assistance with paying tuition in these trying economic times. Forms are in the office, and please allow 30 days for requests to be approved.

Weekly Notes for July 15, 2010

Thank you for keeping informed of LAM's happenings throughout the summer. We truly hope you enjoy our weekly notes. We would like to continue communicating with you via email throughout the school year. It's quick, easy, and up-to-date information that won't get lost!

We are in the process of upgrading our website to be very parent friendly! You will be able to access a lot of your students class work and notes. As we complete this task, we will keep you informed of how to view the many new items that will be available.

I look forward to seeing you at the Uniform Sale.

CALENDAR OF EVENTS

    -5/25: End of year performance @ 6:30 (doors open at 6:00). Every student is expected to attend for awards!
    -5/26: Last Day of School. First through Third Field trip to Willy Wonka at the Kroc, 9:30
    -6/2: Committee Meetings begin at 5:00
    -6/3: Spaghetti benefit dinner for Emmett Snyders at LAM 5:00 – 8:00 or later!
    -6/9: School Board meeting begins at 5:00
    -7/29: Summer Uniform Sale (new & used) – Summer packets available for pick up

SCRIP Sales

SCRIP cards are always available at the office. Please check the SCRIP Board in the lobby for in-stock cards. If you don't see what you want, let the office know and it will be ordered. Remember, you get full face value of every card you purchase and LAM gets a percentage from the store! Use them for your everyday shopping, or give them as gifts.

Bible Education Notes for May 25th

You are invited to join our school family in a brief closing ceremony at
3:15pm on Wednesday, May 26th. Held in the Gathering Place, it will send us all
into summer with encouragement and blessing. Please plan to stay with your
child for a few extra minutes as we draw our school year to a close with
Scripture and prayer. Pastor Dave will be leading us.
